The process consisted of the interviewer describing in detail the most salient aspects of the position. He highlighted important duties and tasks. I asked questions along the way and answered his questions which were very basic—why do you want to work here, what was the most satisfying aspect of your previous job?

Quick, efficient. I was contacted right away, the process was smooth and straightforward. The actual interview was as you'd expect, but on the more casual/friendly side. I was asked all the typical interview questions about my experience, no real curveballs.
