      Interview

I applied for the Marketing Executive role at Transworld, working on the crime lists online. I was invited for a video interview which was one of the worst experiences, as there is nobody to bounce off. I managed to get through to the first physical interview which was in their offices in Ealing. The physical interview was fine in itself, however I was interviewed by 2 managers for 2 Executive positions, which made it complicated after they each said what they were looking for, so it was hard to tailor answers. I attempted to stick to the job description I'd applied for as much as possible. I did feel as though the job description was very lacking, as when I dug deeper and, based on their questions, I figured out that the experience they wanted was quite specific, and some of it wasn't listed in the initial description, making it difficult to prepare.
