Penlink interview questions

The process was very long. They gave me a homework assignment to research a certain entity and then prepare a presentation about it. Then they asked me to come for a personal interview and presentation. I was there for an hour and a half and didn't receive any feedback on the presentation. Then, in an interview with HR, it took them a long time to answer and in the end they didn't give a satisfactory answer as to why I didn't pass.

Over the phone interview. The job said 2 years of experience (entry). I am senior with +6 years of experience but apparently "not senior enough" - which directly contradicts their job description. The phone interview went actually great according to the recruiter but they didn't bother to get back to me. The recruiter was clueless as to why.
