Straightforward and to the point. They had had a lot of people interview and just wanted someone to start immediately, which can be a bad and good thing. But I got the job and started almost immediately which helped a lot.

Interview
First interview was on the phone with an HR recruiter, one month later I was contacted by email to set up an in person interview. Met with the hiring manager, a team member, and a HR representative. Asked about my experience and situational based questions. Part of the interview process, included a written test (one on corporate tax, one on how to set up a prepay, one on how to record an Ap in the system). Another three weeks went by and I sent a couple of emails to find out about the status. Then I was sent an email that they were pursuing other candidates.
