Interview
The interview process was long and repetitive. Over the course of about 8 weeks I had meetings with about 8 different people. Sometimes doubling back to meet with a hiring manager. Overall the communication between interviewers seemed to be missing. Towards the end of the process the recruiter shared information that suggested it was very likely I would get the position, but in the end they went with an internal candidate because she had more event planning experience, which was brought up only once ever during the entire process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pentair (Raleigh, NC) in May 2021
Interview
First was the initial phone screen, followed by the hiring manager phone interview. I believe they have a more in-depth interview with the hiring manager as a 3rd round, and a phone interview with other team members as well, but I didn't make it that far.

Participated in 1 phone interview, then was asked to come in for an in-person interview with 2 people in Sanford, NC. Interviews went well, was promised a call back from HR "very soon". I never heard from them again.
