I went to their offices. It was pretty serious, but they were clean and professional. No Foosball table or ping pong or anything. They had a few people interview me, including HR and programming and the product people. The questions were straight forward, but there were a lot of them. No trick questions like "how many people in the empire state building each a pizza each day," just regular questions about the obs I've had and my work habits

The wanted to know about whether I could focus on several things at once. I thought that was kind of funny because the definition of focusing is not to pay attention to several things at once.
The hiring process with Pentius was a positive one for me. Once I had submitted my application and connected with Christy the HR Manager, my interview was scheduled to occur in a few days. Christy’s communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had regarding the position. The interview was conducted via chat (Skype) and was quite enjoyable as the interview right away challenged me to think critically, be open-minded, and look for the details. Once my interview was complete, Christy let me know that she would be in contact regardless the decision that was to be made. As a perspective employee, I highly admire companies that take the time to inform candidates of the end decision. Through my perspective, the entire hiring and interviewing process with Pentius was detailed, professional, and positive.
