Easy. One 15 minute telephone call. Zoom meeting with nice recruiter. I was hired on the spot. Only oddity was her virtual background was flickering, which was distracting. Like the recruiter and she must have liked me.
Initial call with the recruiter (who was very nice) and then the Hiring Manager's interview. The interview process was smooth. The whole process took about 2 weeks, tops.
