Interview
I spoke with a recruiter first and then a VP. After that I spoke with a manager on the team I would be working on. The manager asked some very pointed questions about situations you might find yourself in on the job.

Give and example of a recent digital product you worked on and what obstacles you ran into along the way.
Technical, client, Managerial, HR rounds. There may be more rounds if they are still unsure. They first collect all qualification and experience docs at initial rounds and then proceed further
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Perficient
Interview
The interview was a smooth process going through recruiting into a technical meeting and having a higher stakeholder (Director) meeting after that.
Everything was handled relatively fast (less than a month) and very professionally.

The first round was with the recruiter which was easy. The second round was with the group and it was average in difficulty but they wanted a candidate with a specific prior experience.
