Very easy interview process that didn’t necessarily see what was actually fit for the role. Very much a turn and burn type of company with extremely “corporate” culture. Do not work here if you plan on staying more than 6 months or actually building a career.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Perficient
Interview
Talent specialist reached out after I connected with someone at the university career fair and applied. Scheduled a phone call and talked about starting date, info about the company, answered Qs.
Then scheduled 1st round interview that was a "skills-based" consulting interview. Conducted by a PM and an Associate Business Consultant that got hired the summer before. Got email less than 24 hours the next day that they are "unable to proceed with advancing you to the next round of interviews based on our current requirements".

Multiple rounds with different consultants, the last interview is a panel with a director. You should come prepared to speak on your strengths and how you can contribute! The interview team is very engaging.
