Interview
Was very clear in spite of being more than qualified for several positions, that anyone over 40 doesn’t stand a chance and is not a ‘cultural fit.’ I wish companies like this understood it is illegal to discriminate based on age. They are part of the problem regarding ageism, not part of the solution. After all of the other bad reviews I’m reading about working there, I am no longer interested.

None, just salary range. When I asked what the best quality they were looking for in new employees at a Perficient, they simply said, ‘cultural fit.’ Aka younger. They are missing a lot of great new potential employees.
