This was one of the worst interviews I've ever had. I met 1 guy at a Wyndham in Champaign IL, and 2 other people showed up. The others were local sales reps around the area who have been working together for over 15 years. They tried to intimidate me about the job, not really selling it at all. One guy didn't smile once. Questions were blanket questions. Boring, plain, and read off a script.

We met at a Starbucks. It was casual. He asked me questions about previous experience. There was an opportunity to ask questions about the position. They required a urine drug screen that was scheduled in advance for the following day. The most important thing is to be confident, or at least come across as confident. They want to know how you'll come across to customers that you approach.
