Very relaxed, everyone was very personable. They do their best to make you feel comfortable for a natural conversation rather than a strenuous interview process. It is much different than the traditional process and I thought it was more effective.
Very comfortable interview process, everyone I spoke to was very nice and made me very excited to be a part of the company. Not very tough questions and was more of a conversation.

Interview
A phone interview with one person followed by a panel interview with others. All of the interviewers could seem scary, but they were very professional and friendly. The interviewing team are all higher level and experienced in the processes you would complete on a daily basis.

Nothing out of the ordinary - just be yourself. Technical background with knowledge/ experience in life science fields (i.e. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology) are a plus.
