They emphasized applying online. Then, two in-person interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with the store manager about two weeks apart. It's the typical shake hands, say hello and introduce yourself, give them a resume and answer a few questions. Once that's that, there's also a drug test. The whole process takes about a month. Dress well, be friendly, and smile.

What would you consider to be one of your weaknesses?
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
