The interview process started with a video interview where you were prompted with a question then had to record a video and respond. You cannot rerecord your response. There are about 4-5 questions in the process.

Interview
The interview went well. I felt prepared and my resume made me a strong candidate. But when I asked what I would be doing there as the HR intern, the individual who interviewed me didn't know what the job description would be. She did say that there would be a large project throughout the summer internship, but failed to give me more details. I thought it showed a lack of responsibility and commitment to interview candidates, but couldn't tell me what I would be doing for their company.

Interview
Very friendly interviewers within the internship program. First you have a virtual screening with the talent team, then a full interview with the managers you’d work with. It was a wonderful experience.
