Initiated as a HireVue interview with video recordings. There were 15 ish questions which started general and got more focused. They use behavior interview style with the STAR format. I know this style isn't comfortable with everyone but I believe it's where the hiring process is move towards so it's important to get experience. After this I was emailed the next day for a phone interview. The job is in Arizona and the hiring coordinator is in CO so when she called an hour early, I knew she hadn't considered the time change with Arizona not following daylight savings. This cut my second interview short but also affirmed that it wasn't a job I was interested in. I received an email a few days later saying they were looking into other candidates.
