Intimidating. Interview process is in front of a group of several interviewers in a tiny board room. They'll ask a series of questions about your resume. The length of your interview depends on how they like you - if they don't, it will be very short.
Very smooth and clear process and very friendly and respectful interviewers. Questions about background, as well as some technical and behavioural questions. Suggest candidates research Pfizer's core values during preparation

Interview
Only did the initial screening process, but it seemed rather relaxed, which I appreciated. The interviewer was very personable. Other than that, like most interviews. Did not move past the initial screening process though.
First round interview was a 30 minute HR phone call. Second Round interview was a mother 30 call with the hiring manager. Final interview was followed by 3 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 7 people
