Agency contacted me and done 30 minutes interview. 3 days later, I started 4 days orientation on site, then start my new job. The interview was straight forward, I basically don't need any experience for this role.
There was only one interview with hiring manager. No behavioral questions, just questions about work history. Hiring Manager went over job description and opportunities for growth. Make sure to ask questions about company and values.
