The first step was a phone call with the HR manager to learn about my background and interests, and to tell me more about the internship program. The next and final step was a 60min panel interview via Zoom with the hiring manager and Director. Everyone I spoke with throughout this process was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. The conversations were engaging and I could tell they all genuinely wanted to get to know me and teach me more about the clinical operations team at PharPoint. Both conversations left me with a great feeling afterwards, so I was thrilled to receive an offer a few days later!
