Interview
Phenom People's interview process was quick and efficient. It consisted of a phone interview and an in-person interview. I spoke with Whitney over the phone, and met with members of the sales team during my in-person interview. The conversations mostly consisted of us getting to know each other and feeling out whether or not I would be a good fit at Phenom. Everybody was very friendly and easy to talk to. They also have a very unique way of offering a position.

Interview
3 week process. Beginning with phone screen general introduction about yourself, mock phone call and in person interview. The process was fairly quick and if you use resources and be yourself, everything should go smooth.
