Two first rounds with Recruiting/HR; third round with the VP Product Management. I withdrew my interest and any further pursuit after meeting with the VP. The third round interview difficulty was Very Easy, in the sense that it was such a bad reflection of the company, it immediately killed my interest.
Found Recruiting/HR interviews to be professional and helpful. The VP was not, often aggressively cutting off answers after asking unclear questions. Could not describe the need behind the role other than "the clients are asking for it". Focused his questions entirely around how to perform Application Security testing, not the responsibility of an InfoSec leader. Became upset when I challenged his notion that full-AI was the sole inevitable future for Developers. Asked personal questions about who I was and my values/beliefs; cut off the answer without understanding.
