Well organized and structured. First I received an invitation on Linkedin from a recruiter, then I sent my CV, and subsequently I was contacted by a second recruiter for an initial interview regarding personality and organizational aspects. Finally I was contacted by the Unit Manager, who interviewed me about technical aspects. The whole process was carried out via Skype
