I applied to the role on workday, two days afterward I was scheduled for an assesment in which there were 3 questions (not timed) where i discussed hardships/setbacks in projects or different settings that I was subjected, how I navigated through them and how i solved them. A week passed and I was offered the operational buyer intership and was shorlisted for an interview in a week. The interview was on Mcirosoft Teams with the direct manager of the team/deparment and I was given an answer at the end of the week.
