Question 1
Present roles and responsibilities with your present organization
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Philips (Gloucester, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Initial telephone call with the Philips recruiter/HR to complete initial screening/suitability for role. This call took an hour and I covered my current and previous roles/ experience. I then met with Philips again in a panel interview - think Apprentice set-up, but without the hard grilling. This interview started with company questions, followed by situational questions based around the role. Overall it was an enjoyable interview, I felt more of a discussion than a hard, cold interview that I've previously had
