Interview
Interviewed with HR over zoom, then the CEO, then was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site was a research presentation, followed by a tour and 30min each one on ones with all the management members.
The interview was okay, and people were nice, but they ghosted me afterwards which I thought was rude. I followed up and was told they're still working on the decision and then radio silence. I would've appreciated being told they are going with someone else or something.

I went through a quick 20-30 minute in-person interview at my school, then received an email the following week asking me out to the company headquarters. I was then offered a position part-time for the summer, but he didn't specify when the internship started until he called me the following week, having expected me to start right away but not telling me that.
