- 30 min phone screen
- 1.5 hour multi-person Webex
- 3.5 hour (!) multi-person in person
Following the *final* in-person interview I waited more than 2 weeks, (12 business days) before hearing any sort of answer. Even then, I only received an answer and feedback after I called them to try to get clarity.
When I pointed out that this is not a typical experience or wait time, I was given the thinnest of explanations, and was told it was typical for them.
So don’t expect clear or timely communication, or to be treated very well, after you interview.
