Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pindrop (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The best hiring and interview process so far.
Quick and transparent. They make sure to follow up after different rounds.
I had two phone interviews and one in person interview.
Every one who interviewed me had studied my resume and prepared well formulated questions to ask me based on my past experiences.
They made sure that the interviews were challenging but not intimidating.
All in all, a great learning experience.
Will update after I hear from them on the result.
I did 4 phone interviews. Starting with a recruiter, an Audio engineer, VP research and the lead audio engineer. First, they explain what PinDrop is doing and then you jump in and out of technical interview question that usually start with your resume and then some keywords in machine learning and signal processing.
