1.The first round is actually an aptitude/IQ test with 50 questions, not hard at all but make sure you don't spend too much time on each question.
2.Phone interview with HR from head office asking things on resume, nothing special, very fast reply.
3.Phone interview with local team lead with simple questions mostly involving web security
4. Remote assignment using Junit
5.On-Site panel interview with 3 Dev, 3 QA, team lead which is about 2.5 hr, questions on remote assignment and resume, everyone was very relaxed and friendly.
overall process took about one month, very fast response.
