How would you use business development for your career and the practice's development?
It was conversational but also rigorous. I got questions on my previous job, and also asked to do some functional tasks related to the role. I think they have a very specific company culture and this showed.

Interviews are relaxed and more like a conversation.
There are two interviews.
They ghosted after despite giving positive feedback- it seems like they were padding their process but knew who they wanted. Don't waste your time unless you're being referred from someone already in the role.
