    Interview

    I was brought in as temp and interviewed with HR. After the interview I was told by the temp service I was working through that they wanted me to start on the following Monday on a temporary basis. After almost 2 years as a temp I was finally offered a permanent position.

    Programming Ladder language (Cx-Programmer, WPLSoft Delta), HMI (DOPSoft Delta), iFix SCADA to Automation Systems. Some knowledge Visual Studio language C programming and others.

    After reviewing my CV they called for a face to face interview at Carlisle factory, and it was very generous to pay for my travel expenses. Once, all other prospective students have been interviewed they will get back to you with a decision within 2 weeks.

    The first interview was with the recruiting agency - I've gave an 30 min language skills test (english) and also a query with 30 questions - technical test. The second was with the managers and HR. During the interview the discution was relaxed, they've been asked me about my experience so far and general things about my CV

    - phone call
    -2 online test: excel and english test
    -video interview
    -assessment: two group cases, brief presentation of yourself
    -final interview with line manager
    It is a long process and definitely time consuming...After all the steps, after almost one month, didn't even get a call with positive/negative feedback

    I was invited to the Assesment Day where there were some logical games and introduction to the company. It was a group of 10-12 potential employees. Later, I have interview with managers. After they called me and invited to the interview with director. Interviews were all good and not hard, but unfortunately lack of knowledge of local language hurted my profile
