I applied online. I interviewed at Pitch (Berlin) in Aug 2022
Interview
Simple interview process. Call with a recruiter, a small design challenge and an interview with the Lead Designer. Everything was handled via Google calls, this made the process quicker.
The communication was smooth but no offer in the end.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pitch (Berlin) in Apr 2020
Interview
Process consisted of an initial candidate screen and a subsequent take home-assignment (about 4 hours of work). Overall friendly communication and clear expectation setting for how the process will be going
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pitch (Berlin) in Sept 2023
Interview
A bit of a long process, since it took more than 2 weeks to get from application to getting rejected (but maybe this is nowadays normal amount of time). Had call with recruiter first. Very nice conversation, easy to talk with and quite stressful. Next had conversation with data engineers. Was very technical conversation but I was warned about this so I prepared. After waiting a few days for feedback was told I did not meet requirements. The notice of rejection gave some concrete feedback which is nice and a good practice. Sad I did not get the job, everyone was very nice and the company seems well run.
