I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PitchMe in Sept 2020
Interview
First, there was a call with one of the founders to get acquainted, I was told about the company and the project and I talked about myself. Then there was a second online meeting with another founder, and I was asked more detailed questions on professional topics, and I learned more about the company's processes, and at the end, I received a test assignment. Then I presented my solution to the test assignment and after some time I received an offer, which I accepted.

Question 1
What metrics do I use when designing solutions? How do I assess the current level of the product? How do I structure my teamwork process? What projects I am proud of?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PitchMe (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
The first meeting to get to know each other. Then I did a task related to my role that was relevant and reasonable. One more meeting with more in detail questions. An offer that I accepted.
Telephone Interview Followed by task. Was asked to find leads for manager. I decided to not continue with interview process as they wouldn’t confirm a follow up time and didn’t even reply to my email pulling out of the process. Maybe a one off but was disappointing.
