This process was a bit more tedious in nature. I was relaying back and forth with the assistant to the CEO for quite some time and set my initial interview after I had a phone screening with the hiring manager. The first interview consisted of meeting a variety of team members, one after the next. This interview lasted about 2.5 hours. It was comforting to see the time everyone took out to meet me. The second interview I met the Exec board and CEO specifically. This interview lasted about 1.5 hours. The CEO was comfortable to talk to and I actually went overtime speaking to him-- that seemed like a good sign. Overall, I was told I was a final candidate and I was lead to believe that things were going absolutely wonderful. After my final interview I had to personally reach out myself to hear from the hiring manager, who said they will not be considering me.
