Plume Design Algorithm Engineer interview questions

Two phone interview, and one site interview. I have read in the past review that they have vision but to be honest I don't think the approach they take even worth it. They don't know what they want! The kind of optimization they try to solve does not even worth to solve. The questions they ask are naive questions. One of the interviewers does not even know what to ask and change the problem so many times.
