There were 3 rounds (1 with hiring manager, 2 with other stakeholders). Pretty straight forward and more of a discussion about executing complex programs. I was told I had cleared the interview and moving to offer stage only for the recruiter to start ghosting me. After multiple follow ups, was told the position had 'gone on hold'. Recruiting folks are probably not mature and did not have all the approvals in place to hire for the role. Think twice before you invest time in their interview process.
