Interview
The interview process was easy to understand and they provided feedback. The interviewer was nice and easy going. They asked lots of follow-up questions - the first round was a market sizing question with an associate.
Resume drop followed by a t\est and 2 levels of interviews. The test was numerical reasoning, 12 questions 18 minutes. They have a g\hide book online to prepare that was quite comprehensive.

Screening test with numerical reasoning, mostly calculations based on graphs.
They give you a practice test beforehand, which should be used to practice the type of questions you will get. 18 questions with a 30 minute time frame
