Pluralsight's interview process was one of the best I've experienced. Mali was super helpful and communicative. In fact, I originally applied for the Copywriter role, and she suggested I switch my application to the Lead Copywriter role because I was better qualified. The entire process was seamless!
One of the best things about interviewing at Pluralsight were the 30-minute interview slots (especially when you're meeting with three people in a row). I felt like we could get a feel for each other just as well in 30 minutes as a full hour.
I also appreciated that the writing assignment noted the company would not use my copy without my permission. That was a change from what I've seen at other companies.
The process included:
Recruiter call (30 minutes)
Hiring manager interview (30 minutes)
Writing assignment (2–4 hours, though mine took me closer to 5)
Final interviews with other team members (three 30-minute slots)
