Interview process was fairly straightforward, with the virtual assessment being scenario based which was fun and unique. But the application process from start to finish is absolutely horrendous. I am writing this in 2026 but I first applied in 2024 for the London cohort. Quite a few of us completed all of the checks only to be told in January that the programme was 'full' and at capacity for the London cohort, meaning we had to defer a year. Waste of time, apply with forces directly.
