First interview was done as a group, where a question was asked aloud and in small groups, we went around and had 30 secs to answer the question. The Posse staff went around and took notes as candidates answered. It felt as if the staff had favorited candidates based on "vibes", rather than their experience and background. Then, a 2nd round one-on-one interview was conducted. Typical qestoins were asked, but unfortuantely I was not given the position.
