Most absurd coding and technical round. There is no design round that tests the application, instead, there are academic Q&A questions like, event loop, ACID, CAP, HTML rendering, etc. Weirdest coding round I ever faced. The focus was on if you can make something work and not on the performance, problem-solving ability of the code, or code quality. They expect you to use a database like Mysql and solve the problem in less than an hour. "Not everyone out there uses MySQL"

There were 4 rounds, First two rounds were good, lots of technical discussion, and a system design ( working application). The first two interviewer was really nice, discussed designs, alternative ways of doing things, a lot about the internet and protocols Then happened the third round, It was the most baseless round I have ever faced in my career. The interviewer was asking random things (which he might have seen on youtube minutes before the interview) and asking me to guess the answers ( and the questions too ). It was annoying. I would suggest watching all the trending youtube videos before going for the interview coz if you are lucky like me, there will be a round where all the irrelevant questions will be asked.
