Every interview I had was treated more like a conversation than a grilling where you're expected to have the optimized answer or solution. It happened after completing the 2nd technical round, HR scheduled the system design round, however, the interview has been canceled before 10 minutes as the Interviewer had some medical emergency. then ghosting happed.
