I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Potomac Companies (Rockville, MD) in Sept 2013
Interview
Found ad on Craigslist. Applied. Received email response by the end of the week. Scheduled initial phone call then interview.
First interview in office was standard: tell us about yourself, why are you applying, etc.
Second interview went into more depth about position. Negotiation about salary and perks.
Completed official online application and took personality test.
Was made an offer and came in to sign paperwork.
Was able to start after giving 2 weeks notice to previous employer.
