It was a Job Fair style, where 8-12 schools have booths and you go to which school you want to interview with.
Applicants are also given a printed copy of the schools attending and the hours they offer as well as a map that shows where the schools are located

What would you do when there is a a conflict with another coworker.
-asked situational questions about how you would handle conflict amongst students - video interview and then interview after with specific schools within the district - assessment before both interviews - interviews asked behavioral questions
