Phone interview followed by an onsite interview. We discussed the problem space, my experience, and how I could help solve the company's technical challenges. Generally, the company is a start up, so they are looking for self-starters who can handle many disciplines. I have a background in software technical leadership, and can hold my own in IT management, such as server configuration and basic support.
