I applied online after hearing about job openings at school. Got a call from hr one month later. The interview process was unlike anything I have seen before. It was held at a hotel conference room with other candidates. Only one person giving the interview who was a manager at the plant. He did not ask me anything other than what do I know about the company, just verified information on my resume. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

The interview was at the Royal Plaza Hotel in one of the conference rooms. Three people entered to be interviewed at one time but each person has their own interviewer. My interviewer was very nice and informative about the job, pay, and benefits. It only last for about 10 minutes. It took a few weeks for them to officially offer the job to me because of the amount of people they were hiring (went from 250 employees to about 700 in just a few months), new union contract negotiations, and new plant in Holt, MI.
