The interview process was very in depth across with several departments. Pregis looks for great talent, but more importantly team players and candidates who can sell themselves inside and outside of the company.

Interview
You will interview with the hiring manager, HR, senior management and CEO if he is available. First interview is with the hiring manager, if he/she likes you than you will move on to the next phase which is his/her manager. Last phase is going to HQ and interview with the senior management and the CEO.
