Interview
The role and the company both seemed interesting. However, the interview itself felt somewhat rushed. I had the impression that the interviewer was focused on moving quickly through the conversation rather than exploring my experience in depth. There were very few follow-up questions, and at times it felt as though my answers were not being fully listened to.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Preply (Madrid)

The best recruitment process I ever had, and with an amazing feedback from the recruiter. Even it was not successful at the end the candidate experience was amazing and I would be more than happy to participate in any future challenge.
