Prescient Healthcare Group interview questions

Apply here if you want to get ghosted. I have applied twice, once in 2024 and once recently, both times I applied very soon after the role opened and I have above par experience - both times I didn’t even get a rejection email.

The internally staffed Talent Acquisition team told me that honesty and transparancy were at core values. However, after 40 minute chat I was told that the role I was applying for had already beeen filled and that they would keep my file for records for previous roles. I did feedback that it would be more honest and transparant had I been told that the role had been filled prior to the interview (prep time and interview time).
