It was a nice friendly interview, but I was rejected based on not having used a specific organisational tool that they already knew I didn't have experience in. A bit of a waste of my time and they should have been transparent with that from the beginning.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prescript Communications (Letchworth, England) in Sept 2018
Interview
I applied through a recruiting agency, who submitted a cv and cover letter for me. Initially I was asked to complete a writing test, which included reviewing a document, and writing an article about the release of a new drug.
I was then invited to be interviewed, and had a panel of three interviewers (quite chatty, they had obviously read my cv and just asked clarifying/more general questions). After the formal interview a different member of the team came in (just me and them) and we had a more informal chat about the company which I found really helpful.
