Recommended since I had a good experience at Tothill Street with both the manager and the manager, always helping us with our doubts and encouraging us to continue instructing us.

Question 1
The questions were, if I knew how to close the Till?, if I have experience in customer service?, having a full store and how to ask for help when we have or need MTS?
Wasn’t very difficult, was quite short and to the point, they asked about previous experiences as well as competency based questions, overall would recommend the experience to others looking to apply

They just ask your previous work experience in hospitality industry and your level of confidence for customer service. Based on your nature and personality you will be either placed front or back of the house
