Pros:
None that I experienced.
Cons:
The interview process is highly unorganized and repetitive — they took an assessment, technical round, panel round, and then the CEO round, where again they asked the same kind of technical/DSA questions.
The CEO pointed out job changes in my resume as a “red flag” only in the final round. If that was an issue, it should have been noticed before starting the assessment or multiple interviews. This shows no respect for candidates’ time.
The CEO himself mentioned that his team members are doing everything — backend, frontend, deployment, DevOps, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Instead of hiring specialists, they seem to want a single person to do the work of multiple departments. This is completely unrealistic and just means overburdening employees.
Overall, it felt like they were looking for a “superhuman” or a robot who can say yes/no and work endlessly, instead of hiring real people with defined roles.
Advice to Management:
Streamline your hiring process, respect candidates’ time, and set realistic role expectations. Hire people for their expertise instead of trying to make one person handle backend, frontend, DevOps, and more.
